I'm proud to be a Republican member of Congress during this critical time in our nation's history.

I'm humbled that so many folks in Northwest Florida showed faith and confidence in me to send me to Washington to represent them.

I'm gratified that so many of the issues I spoke so forcefully about long before we embarked on our war on terrorism have formed the foundation of our agenda and the focus of our national debate:

• Strengthening our military and keeping local bases open.
• Securing our border and ending illegal immigration.
• Increasing pay and living conditions for our men and women who have worn this country's uniform.
• Less government, less tax, more personal freedom.

It's very rewarding to know that I am helping to shape decisions and resolve issues in a way that helps you. As your Representative in Congress, I'll continue to fight for the common-sense, conservative values we cherish. I hope I can count on your support for my re-election.
